We had a great result from our reflection competition. With Libby winning, Britt coming 2nd and Nat taking 3rd.

La Soupers **

We are the La Soupers-(Lucy, Zia, Grace, Maddy).
We are one of the businesses in Quiddage.
In our store we will be selling lots of different types of soups:

• Vege
• Pumpkin
• Tomato
• Carrot

Our prices will be 15s for soup only. Or if you would like to have some bread with your soup then you will have to pay 5s extra.
Also we have small membership cards where when you have bought ten cups of soup you get the 11th one half price.
Sometimes there will be discounts for our La Soupers Members.
We really hope to see you at our store sometime soon!

Nat's humungously small bananas**

We have something amazing in our class. They are called humungously small bananas. Nat had these bananas for her snack and they are so small that you can fit them in the palm of your hand! Nat and her Mum got the bananas from her auntie's banana tree in Feilding. " She has about five banana trees" says Nat. So there is no doubt that there will be more humungously small bananas sooner or later.

Neigbourhood watch

Prizes for the neighborhood watch are still up for grabs! For a chance to get some, see Kate, collect a slip and then do something like picking up bits of broken glass and get your adult's signature.

Intergalactic Trophy Up Date

So far so good for our four teams. There have been some close games, but Jupiter have come out on top. Well done everyone who is competing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No. because someone has done something with my password!!!

How did they get into your account to change your password???
I think someone knew my password to get into my account!

Have you tried getting in to your gmail?
YES! I've tried 6 times to get into my gmail!

Poor Emma it must be the worst thing EVER to not have your password to get in to your account!

The loss of the gumboot

NO!!! QZ lost the gumboot!
It all happened on Friday afternoon when QManawatu aka L.C 12 challenged us to a game of Freakball. Of course QManawatu is very good at Freakball because they have practiced a lot. QZ was not.
The score was 22-8 to QM aka L.C.12
Here's what some QZealanders have to say.
Kate - I cant believe that we lost the gumboot!

Corbin -I was very disappointed because QZ is the best class but we will win it back!

Libby - I feel sad that we lost the gumboot.

Nat - I feel sad. But we will win it back.

Ollie - I felt as angry as a gorilla. But we will win it back.( good simile Ollie!)

Sara - I felt annoyed that we lost the gum boot

Reflection Competition

We are hosting another competition for you QZealanders.

The competition is a picture taking competition.

But there is a twist.............you have to take a picture of a reflection!

It doesn't matter what the picture is taken of, but it has to be a reflection of something.

You can use puddles or mirror glass or anything you can get a reflection out of.
You have until the 17th of June to complete it.

Success Criteria:

• It has to be a photo
• It has to be a picture of a reflection
• It has to be clear not blurred
• Must be strange, mysterious, confusing or unusual
• One entry per person only
